Most of the orders which are made until 12:00 (CEST) and are on stock, are sent to you on the very same day. If your order is up to 60,00 EUR, the postage and packaging is 3,00 EUR and all the orders worth more than 60,00 EUR get free postage and packaging.

The right to return of the goods:
RETURN OF THE GOODS
Mojariel.com will gladly exchange or refund the purchase directly from mojariel.com if returned within 14 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise stated herein. The client has to inform our company about that by mail to info@mojariel.com.
Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn, or if the product has been used already.
The product has to be returned to: Mojca Klemen, MojAriel s.p., Podpeška cesta 103, 1351 Brezovica, Slovenija and the shipment cost is paid by the client.
You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit.
There is no option of return of the goods for audio material in our case audio fairy tales.
The refund will be done 14 days after getting the products. To ensure the best experience the refund is in the same currency that was used by the client. Refund in cash is not possible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
